The beans are over-roasted, so any sweetness or fruitiness is greatly diminished.
And also my biggest objection is that there is a very harsh taste to this coffee, like a burnt rubbery taste, it is so strange and so dominant so that I suspected it has to do with some kind of a defect in the beans or a faulty roast batch.
I tried to adapt my parameters, and also maybe a few days of degassing too helped in improving the taste a bit, but still this coffee is not too nice to drink.
